Automatic Water Level and Pump Controller Digital Model for Direct On Line DOL Pump Starters

The compatibility of our controller models (DOLS Digital) with Direct On Line (DOL) Three Phase ( 440 Volt ) or Direct On Line (DOL) Single Phase ( 220 Volt ) motor starters provides a wonderful solution for efficiently managing water levels in both overhead tanks and underground reservoirs. The main function of this system involves continuous monitoring of water conditions with real-time updates displayed on LCD screens. Equipped with an auto-switching feature, it optimizes pump operations based on tank conditions, ensuring precise control and preventing water wastage. When the overhead tank reaches an empty state, the controller activates the pump while simultaneously displaying “TANK EMPTY” on the LCD screen. Subsequently, after reaching the maximum capacity indicated by “TANK FULL”, the controller automatically stops the pump operation. This automated process streamlines water management, eliminating the need for manual intervention.
