Automatic Water Level and Pump Controller Digital Model for Submersible or Borewell Pump Starters

Our controller model (SMPSC Digital) is specially designed for single phase submersible pump starter with a capacitor connection. It acts as an alert monitor for water levels in both your overhead tanks and underground reservoirs by displaying real-time updates on the LCD screen. With an auto-switching feature, the controller activates the pump when the tank reaches empty sensors, displaying “Tank Empty” on the screen. When the tank is full, as indicated by “Tank Full”, the controller automatically shuts off the pump, ensuring efficient water management. This automated process streamlines water management, eliminating the need for manual intervention.

NOTE:-
1) Moreover, it is important to note that when manually starting a single-phase submersible pump starter, it is necessary to hold the green button for 2-3 seconds to activate the starting capacitor and then release the button. When we operate the pump manually we cannot maintain this procedure properly and due to this most of the pumps burn out or the pump weakens. However, in our controller, we have implemented a feature where the starting capacitor automatically activates for 2-3 seconds when the pump starts. This feature is designed to extend the life of the pump and protect your pump from the abuse that occurs during manual operation.
